From our beautiful 48-acre campus to our array of amenities and services, FPH ensures our residents’ experience is everything they could want from retirement. We offer a wide variety of homes and apartments for independent older adults, and award-winning assisted living and skilled nursing programs.
Our senior living community is home to 113 residential homes, 66 independent apartments, 48 assisted living apartments and 68 nursing center beds in a neighborhood setting with idyllic tree-lined streets. Residents have access to on-site rehabilitation services that provide occupational, physical and speech-language therapy. We also provide group and fee-based personal transportation services to help residents get where they need to go.
